VloreStay is a vacation rental business operating in Vlorë, Albania. We own and manage the apartments listed on this website. Our contact email is holidayapartments99@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you submit a booking inquiry through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Your requested stay dates and number of guests
• Any message you include with your inquiry

We do not collect payment card details. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are retained for security purposes only.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your booking inquiry
• Confirm availability and provide pricing
• Communicate with you about your stay

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party, except where required by law. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly ask to be kept informed of availability.

How long we keep your data

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the inquiry date, or for the duration of any booking relationship, whichever is longer. After that period, records are deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

WhatsApp and direct communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp or email directly, that communication is governed by the privacy policies of those platforms (Meta and your email provider respectively). We use the information in those messages only to respond to your inquiry.

Email sending (Resend)

When you submit an inquiry, a confirmation email is sent via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Your email address is passed to Resend solely for the purpose of sending that confirmation. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
